Shipping

Most orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. We send packages out Monday thru Saturday. All orders ship from California and usually arrive within 2 to 4 days to the continental US. Our free shipping policy only applies to addresses in the U.S. and does not include priority or express shipping services. All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class Package Mail with Tracking. 

International Buyers

Buyers will be responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing times which vary by country. We have no control over a package once it has been processed and shipped. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item shipped was incorrect. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We cannot refund postage. The return window is 14 days. This means that the item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from the date the package is delivered to qualify for a refund or exchange. 

Due to the nature of these products, digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. We will not refund any digital product order under any circumstances. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After one hour, we may be able to cancel your order if it has not been processed yet but we make no guarantees. Once an item has been processed for shipping it cannot be cancelled. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled.

Service Dog Products

Our service dog items are only intended for medically necessary service & assistance dogs. We do not support, encourage, promote fake service dogs in any way shape or form. If you have any questions about classifications between service dogs, assistance dogs, emotional support dogs/animals (ESAs), or therapy dogs/animals, please check your local state's guidelines for more information.
